Wanna control Hunger!!!

All of us have desire to lose weight, but the moment we step out of school, college, office...those tempting street food make us hungry, though we are not. So think for our  while,  if a stomach is full, will those tempting food are still tempting? Not that much.Now the next genuine question that pop up in our mind , what should we eat or drink so that we can stay healthy and feels fuller.So in this blog i will be discussing  on one of the most popular product i.e. chia seeds.

Chia seeds, has become the hot topic these days.They are more used  as the weight loss product, though it contains several nutritional benefits too. Chia is an edible seed , scientifically known as Salvia hispanica. So here comes few facts:


·         Chia seeds are very rich in omega-3 fatty acids.
·         Chia seeds provide fiber (25 grams give you 6.9 grams of fiber) as well as calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, copper, iron, molybdenum, niacin, and zinc.
·         More benefits of chia seeds: when added to water and allowed to sit for 30 minutes, chia forms a gel. Researchers suggest that this reaction also takes place in the stomach, slowing the process by which digestive enzymes break down carbohydrates and convert them into sugar.

So, if you can use  these seeds in your regular diet, like in fruits , shakes, pudding, salads etc. it will avoid those craving and boost your energy level.
